Billing & Returns Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or the same payment details.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
If you purchase services from us, you authorize TCF to charge the applicable fees to you, including any ongoing charges for subscription renewals, through the designated payment method. You understand and acknowledge that we may adjust the pricing for the service in the future and that you will be charged such adjusted fees on a going-forward basis after notice to you from TCF.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You acknowledge that any payments you make to The Closets Fix are non-refundable. TCF may, at its discretion, provide you with a credit or refund, but such issuance of a credit or refund does not obligate us to provide you credits or refunds in the future.
Billing and returns

Limitations and liabilities
Under no circumstance shall TCF, its staff, officers, and agents be liable to you in case of any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the following:
- Errors or inaccuracies in published content.
- Historical or obsolete information available on the site.
- Any information provided based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
- Injuries or property damage caused due to the use of our services.
- Unauthorized use or access of our servers that store personal and financial information.
- Any interruption caused during the use of our site or services.
- Any loss or damage caused by third-party vendors.
You and TCF agree that any cause of action arising out or related to the site or service must commence within one year after the issue has been committed, else such action is permanently barred.
By transacting with us or accessing Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for resolution of any legal proceedings, disputes, and litigations that may arise.
